Lost or damaged packages
Reporting a lost or damaged parcel: If a customer believes their parcel has been lost or damaged during transit, they should contact us within a reasonable time frame, usually within 14 days from the estimated delivery date.
Investigation process: Upon receiving the report, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service. The investigation may take up to 21 days to complete.
Replacement or refund: If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund to the customer, including shipping costs. If the parcel is confirmed damaged, we will replace the damaged items or issue a refund based on the extent of the damage.
