Change of Mind, Refunds & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on our pieces if you change your mind.
Wrong or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure that the quality of our products is of the highest standard. We also pack our products diligently to ensure damage doesn't occur during shipping.
However, if you have received a wrong/faulty item, we will definitely take care of you. Please contact us with images of the damaged item within seven days of receipt of the product. Upon assessing the damage, we will get in touch and work together to choose the best outcome.
Please note that all claims must be raised within seven days of receiving your item with your proof of purchase attached (for example your email confirmation). Claims beyond this timeframe are not guaranteed to be resolved.
