Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
For hygiene reasons and your protection, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on our pieces if you change your mind.
What happens if I receive incorrect or faulty items?
We take great care to ensure that the quality of our products is of the highest standard. We also pack our products diligently to ensure damage doesn't occur during shipping.
However, if you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email us images of the product at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receipt. Upon receiving your email, we will assess the damage and get in touch with you to work out the best outcome.
Please note that all claims must be raised within seven days of receiving your item with your proof of purchase attached (for example your email confirmation). Claims beyond this timeframe are not guaranteed to be resolved.

We are based in Sydney and ship world-wide.
Can I see your jewellery in person?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store at this stage. However, you may email us regarding any specific queries you have or to book a video consultation.
